Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be returned to the source (minus applicable fees) and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.5 Declined Deposits

If your deposit is declined by your payment provider, you must contact your bank or e-wallet service for resolution. ezjl is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider for declined transactions.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

These timeframes begin after your withdrawal request passes all security and verification checks.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for e-wallets and ₱1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by your VIP level, account history, and payment method capacity. Withdrawals that are pending and have not yet been processed may be cancelled by you through your account dashboard. ezjl reserves the right to reverse withdrawals and recover funds if fraud, abuse of terms, bonus abuse, or any other violation is discovered after funds have been disbursed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Making a withdrawal while bonus wagering requirements are incomplete will automatically forfeit the bonus and associated winnings unless the withdrawable balance meets minimum withdrawal amounts independent of bonus funds.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ezjl reserves the right to suspend your account and restrict access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected terms violations, security concerns, incomplete verification, unusual betting patterns, payment disputes, or compliance investigations. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. ezjl will notify you of the suspension reason and expected resolution timeframe when possible.

7.2 Termination by ezjl

ezjl may permanently terminate your account and refuse to provide Services if you violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk or legal exposure for the Company. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be immediately revoked. Legitimate withdrawable balances will be processed (minus any disputed amounts or amounts derived from terms violations), but bonus balances and pending bonus winnings will be forfeited. ezjl is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for termination decisions.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you believe you have a gambling problem, you should request self-exclusion, which will permanently block your access to ezjl Casino Services for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing via email to our support team. 7.4 Dormant Accounts

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EZJL CASINO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF EZJL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

EZJL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE TO EZJL CASINO DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ₱10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, ezjl's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15. Force Majeure

ezjl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, telecommunications or internet failures, hardware or software failures, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other causes beyond ezjl's reasonable control.

In the event of force majeure, ezjl will use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on Services and notify affected users when possible. During force majeure events, affected bets may be voided, in-progress games may be cancelled with stakes returned, and scheduled tournaments or events may be postponed or cancelled without liability to ezjl.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

16.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with ezjl Casino, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our support staff.

16.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with arbitration, including attorneys' fees, and the parties shall equally split the arbitrator's fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

16.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may seek equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation, and ezjl may seek court intervention to freeze accounts or recover funds in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Additional Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ezjl Casino regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while reflecting the parties' original intent.

17.3 No Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. ezjl's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without ezjl's prior written consent. ezjl may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice or your consent. Any attempted assignment by you in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

17.5 Notices

All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be delivered electronically via email to the email address you provided during registration or through in-account notifications.
